Delete your data
How to have the data we hold about you removed from the AdFree by BigT apps, published by Big T Technologies LLC.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This page applies to all AdFree by BigT games — Sudoku by Big T, Nonogram by Big T, Crossword by Big T, Quick Crossword by Big T, Word Search by Big T, Word Circle by Big T, and Word Circle Cross by Big T.
How to request deletion
- Email support@adfreebybigt.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Tell us which app the request is for.
-
If you have bought a puzzle pack in that app, include the
Google Play order number for any one of those
purchases. You can find it in the Google Play Store app under
Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or
in the receipt email Google sent you. The order number looks like
GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. - If you have never bought anything in the app, say so in the email and we will tell you what we need in order to locate your record.
We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete. Please allow up to 30 days.
Why we need the order number
We deliberately cannot look you up by name or email address, because we do not hold either one. The only identifier we store is a one-way scrambled value derived from your platform account, and it cannot be reversed or searched by anything you would know off-hand. A purchase order number is the one piece of information that lets us find the right record without us holding anything personal about you. This is a consequence of the privacy design, not an obstacle we put in your way.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold that is stored against your identifier for that app:
- The scrambled player ID itself
- Your record of which puzzle packs you own
- Saved puzzle progress and app settings, where the app backs those up (currently Sudoku by Big T only)
- The purchase records we hold against that identifier
Deletion is permanent. Because the identifier is irreversible by design, we have no way to recover a deleted record afterwards, and signing in again produces the same identifier — so a deleted account starts over as a new one.
What we cannot delete, and why
- Google Play's or Apple's own record of your purchase. That belongs to the store, not to us, and it is what allows you to restore a purchase on a new device. To have it removed you would need to contact Google or Apple directly.
- Data stored on your own device. We have no access to it. Uninstalling the app removes it, or you can clear the app's data from your device settings.
- Server diagnostics. Our backend keeps ordinary operational logs — which requests were made, whether they succeeded, how long they took. IP addresses are masked before storage and player identifiers are recorded only by length, never by value, so these logs contain nothing that can be traced back to you. They are deleted automatically within 90 days.
If you just want to stop
You do not have to delete anything to walk away. The apps are fully playable without signing in, and uninstalling removes everything stored on your device. Deletion is for when you want the server-side record gone as well.
