Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Big T Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our") under the AdFree by BigT brand. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Big T Technologies LLC is a United States limited liability company. AdFree by BigT is our product line of ad-free mobile games.

Using the Service

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from our apps, except as permitted by law.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content from our apps.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on.
• Attempt to bypass purchase checks, entitlement systems, or content delivery protections.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store, not by us directly. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from, subject to their policies.

Puzzle packs are sold individually as one-time, non-consumable purchases. A pack you buy stays yours, and can be restored on any device signed in with the same platform account, subject to the identity requirements described in the app. We don't sell subscriptions, and buying a pack never expires.

Some of our apps generate puzzles rather than shipping curated packs. Those sell a puzzle allowance that is used up as you play, alongside a one-time purchase that removes the limit entirely. An allowance you have already used is not restorable by the app stores; where an app syncs progress to our servers, any remaining allowance travels with your account.

We publish new puzzle packs from time to time. We don't commit to any release schedule, and no purchase entitles you to content released after it.

Service availability

We try to keep the Service reliable, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, internet outages, platform changes (such as store or operating-system updates), and other factors may cause temporary disruption.

Changes to the Service

We may update the apps and website, add or remove features, change pricing for new purchases, and retire content over time. Purchases you already own will continue to function for as long as the relevant app and platform remain operational.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, branding, puzzle content, and artwork, is owned by Big T Technologies LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased content within our apps; it does not transfer ownership.

Accounts and sign-in

Some features (such as cross-device progress restore) require you to sign in with a platform-provided identity such as Google Play Games Services or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping that platform account secure. If your platform account is compromised, your access to restore purchases and progress may be affected.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG T TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY OR APPLE APP STORE) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are significant, highlight them in the app or website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
